Who are Meals on Wheels for?

Adults 60 and older generally unable to leave their home due to accident, illness, disability, frailty, or isolation and unable to prepare meals. An in-home assessment is completed prior to being eligible for this program.

Also eligible: A spouse of an eligible person (as described above) or a person with disabilities who is under age 60 and resides with an eligible older person.

Cancel your meal by noon one business day before delivery.

The Cafe 60 program: The ADRC-CW partners with local restaurants to offer approved senior dining menu options for adults age 60+. This flexible dining experience lets participants enjoy a meal when they want and with whomever they choose — as long as they are registered and have their Café 60 coupons. 

Eligibility: Adults age 60 or older AND

• a spouse of an individual who is age 60 or older, and/or

• a person with disabilities living with a participating older adult
