Dementia Care Specialists

The Dementia Care Specialists meet with individuals and families to offer them a deeper understanding of dementia and the impact of the disease over time. Other topics that can be discussed include: future planning, action plans to prepare for potential changes, strategies and tools to address changing needs, strategies to address changes in behavior, safety planning, skills for caregivers to help reduce stress, and more.

Dementia Care specialists are also available for community awareness and education sessions.
