The ADRC-CW is governed by a board of directors made up of two county board members from each member-county and seven citizen representatives. Board meetings are held on a monthly basis in the Wausau office. You will find board documents below.

Strategic Plan
Strategic Plan
The ADRC-CW strategic plan was developed in 2024 to communicate our shared vision for the agency while continually evaluating our services and programs to improve them and our efficiency.
In a collaborative effort, the strategic plan was created by staff, advisory committee members, our board of directors, and community members who live in our service area.
The strategic plan also aligns with our three-year aging plan.
