This interactive, 7-week class, is for adults 60 and older who have fallen or have a fear of falling. Hear from local guest experts, trained leaders and other group members on ways to reduce your fall risk while increasing self-confidence.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers:
If you are helping someone with medications, grocery shopping, doctor visits, laundry or other household chores, this workshop is for you. This 6-week workshop meets once a week and teaches caregivers how to take care of themselves while caring for someone else.
Finding Harmony (Managing Caregiver Stress):
This one-hour workshop helps caregivers learn about relaxation and stress reduction skills while also focusing on improving self-care strategies. Intended for adults who care for another adult, not professional caregivers.
