Repairs may include weatherization, roof or furnace replacement, and making the home more accessible for people with disabilities. The program will send a property inspector to assess needed repairs, and lend up to $35,000 at 2% interest, to qualifying owners. There may be a waiting list apply at the Community Development Department.
