Community Development Block Grant funds are available to City of Wisconsin Rapids low-income home owners to make necessary repairs to their homes at a 0% simple interest 30 yr deferred loan due upon the sale of the home or when the owner no longer lives in the house. Funds are available to assist landlords with necessary repairs for their properties, 7 units or less at 4% interest rate. A commitment must be made to rent to low income tenants for 5 years.
