A six-week class for family caregivers to learn new ways to care for themselves. In this weekly interactive class, caregivers will learn ways to reduce stress, ways improve confidence, tips to enhance communication, and ideas for locating helpful resources. *This is an in-person workshop in Marshfield at the Chamber of Commerce.
