This weekly, virtual program is for adults 60 and older who have fallen or have a fear of falling. Hear from local guest experts, trained leaders, and other group members on ways to reduce your fall risk, while increasing self-confidence. Program participants should live independently in a home or apartment and be able to walk and exercise safely on their own.
