A six-week class to help adults develop strategies to better manage pain so you can become more active and involved in life. Healthy Living with Chronic Pain teaches pain management strategies, tools and techniques. This program does not replace existing treatments, but complements a participant’s current medical treatment plan. This program is not meant for a person who has pain medication addiction issues.
