Healthy Living with Chronic Pain is a workshop for adults who have or are living with someone who has on-going pain. The WelFit exercise program gives anyone the opportunity to exercise under the guidance of the Langlade Hospital Sports Medicine staff. Persons participating in the WelFit program will receive an individualized training protocol, designed by Greg Renfro or Sandi Robrecht to meet his/her goals. Fitness testing for WelFit participants is optional and includes a cardiovascular assessment, flexibility/ROM testing, percent body fat, and body mass index testing. Programs are updated every 4 weeks, to insure progress is continually made toward your fitness goals.
