The Client Assistance Program (CAP) helps individuals with disabilities work with the rehabilitation services funded under the Rehabilitation Act. CAP can offer advice and information about vocational rehabilitation agencies, tribal vocational rehabilitation programs, and independent living centers. CAP can also provide information and advice to individuals who have a dispute about a denial, suspension, termination, or reduction in services. CAP will tell you if they feel your complaint can be resolved without an appeal and can assist you to negotiate or mediate an end to the dispute. CAP can also advise an individual about using the appeal process and help an individual with an appeal over DVR decision.
